Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Daily Finders. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product. Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or replacement. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon with the customer. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature.
